The Incredible Hulk- Red Dihedral (5.10b)
The Sawtooth Range, Sierra Nevada - 2 days

Climbing the Incredible Hulk via the Red Dihedral is one of the top 5.10 rock climbing experiences in the High Sierra. The Incredible Hulk has probably the best alpine granite in the entire Sierra Nevada.

The Red Dihedral route is a long one, over 12 pitches. Most of it is moderate and under 5.9 with one sustained pitch of 5.10b. All the way to the exit "keyhole move" this is truly a spectacular rock climb and an achievement for any rock climber.

The Incredible Hulk is nestled in a canyon of the Sawtooth Range laying on the Northern Border of Yosemite National Park, near the Eastern Sierra Nevada town of Bridgeport.

We do this in a two-day climb where we approach The Incredible Hulk Peak the first day and then do the Red Dihedral climb and descend back to the trail head the second day.
