Tuolumne Meadows
Travel Information


Driving Directions to Yosemite from:

San Francisco/Bay area
Distance: 195 mi / 314 km
Time:4-5 hours
Take I-580 east to I-205 east to Highway 120 east (Manteca) to Yosemite National Park.
For Tuolumne Meadows: Stay on Hwy 120 when it makes a left turn at Crane Flat within the park. Add an additional 1.5 hours for the drive to Tuolumne.

Los Angeles area
Distance: 313 mi / 504 km
Time: 6 hours
Take I-5 north (or I-405 north to I-5) to Highway 99 north to Highway 41 north (Fresno) into Yosemite National Park.
For Tuolumne Meadows: Upon arrival in Yosemite Valley, follow the signs towards Hwy 120 and Tioga Pass. Make a right turn on Hwy 120 in Crane Flat, about 30 minutes from Yosemite Valley

In Tuolumne Meadows:
The Tuolumne Meadows Store - A seasonal store in a white tent building close to the man campground. Has a decent selection of camping food and backpacking food.
